This very well may be the best comic book I’ve ever read. Ever.
The synopsis on the back reads:
”There are certain unwritten rules that apply to the Avengers:

If that doesn’t just sound badass, I don’t know what will.
The story is written by John Stern and illustrated, beautifully, by John Buscema.
The Masters take down the Avengers, physically and emotionally, and this truly is a very dark chapter in Avengers history.
